# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The combination of warm toasted bread, cool crisp vegetables, and smoky bacon hits every single texture craving at once
  • It comes together faster than you can decide what to order for takeout and tastes infinitely better
02 -
  • The real secret is spreading mayonnaise on both slices of bread that touch each layer, which I learned after one too many dry bites
  • Secure the sandwich with cocktail sticks before cutting or your beautiful layers will slide right off the bread
03 -
  • Warm your turkey slightly in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before assembling—it makes such a difference in the overall texture
  • If you're making these ahead, wrap each sandwich tightly in parchment paper rather than plastic to maintain crunch
